Who we are

Topline Boyles has been a family run business in Killorglin, Co. Kerry for more than 50 years. We have won many awards from our peers in the hardware retail industry including Retailer of the Year 2011, Store over 15,000 Sq. Ft Award, Trade Counter of the Year Award, and Paint Retailer of the Year 2011.

What we do

We pride ourselves on keeping up to date with the latest product developments, and on the ability of our staff to provide expert advice. The knowledge and experience of our team covers all aspects of building, plumbing, heating, gardening, home décor and DIY.

We have many different departments under one roof but the design of the store manages to deliver a cohesive feel, and a pleasant ambience and shopping experience. We have sourced extensive product ranges from all over Europe, from hardware goods to garden plants to luxury home furnishings. We stock many ranges which are exclusive in Kerry to Topline Boyles. Our product ranges are constantly being updated to reflect current trends.

Our history

In 2009 we moved from the original shop and timber yard in the town of Killorglin, Co. Kerry to a new purpose built store on the outskirts of the town.

From the earliest design stages of the new premises, we knew we should have a traditional trade counter that continues the personal service that our customers would have been used to at our old premises. We were delighted to have our efforts recognised at the Irish Hardware Awards 2011 where we won Trade Counter of the Year.

We also achieved the status of Irish Hardware Magazine’s Paint Retailer of the Year in 2011. The award recognised the accomplishments of our Paint department in keeping up to date with the latest technical advances, advising customers, and providing a well-stocked and high quality shopping experience.
