The Sabatier Professional Bread Knife is produced using a traditonal bolster and a full tang, 2 rivets construction, a design which dates back over 150 years. These precision knives are produced from high quality taper ground stainless steel, creating a blade that is difficult to blunt, but easy to sharpen.

This knife is very sharp. Handle with care and store out of reach of children. Use a wooden chopping board to avoid blunting.
